Well, I had an appointment at the national skin centre few days back. As you know my camp is at changi which is not exactly very near NSC. I took a bus to Tampines mrt. Then I told myself whichever direction the mrt comes first I'll take it. Reason being even if it goes back to Pasir ris, I'll have a guaranteed seat on the mrt. So tada! The one heading to Pasir ris came first, I gladly board the train. Then GUESS what! They announced saying "All passengers please alight the train as it's no longer in service." &^@#!Well I was expecting it to head to Pasir ris and from there head back towards the Boon Lay direction. Who would have thought that it's no longer in service!?Ok never mind about that. So I took the other train that was heading to Boon Lay this time round. And I foolishly alighted at Outrum thinking that was my right stop. That's till a lady told me I should have switch train and alighted at Novena instead. Oh great!So I retook another train and this time round I foolishly alighted at Newton instead of Novena!WAFFAK! Why must NEWTON AND NOVENA sound so damn f***ing similar!? So no choice, had to take a bus from NEWTON to NSC. My journey totalled 2 hours. And I was late for my appointment.
